I just wanted to write you and let you know what a wonderful agent you have in Emily Holley. I recently had the opportunity to close on my house in Gainesville, after a very trying 3 months.
I am living in Texas and was trying to sell a house in Georgia, this is no easy task. Emily made it happen. From the first time she went to the house to the closing she kept me informed regarding every detail. She made trips to the house that could have been put off but because she is a professional she took the time.
We had a VERY difficult buyer, one that would test a saint. If I had been ther I would have called the whole thing off and started from the beginning, but Emily hung in there and did what she was suppose to do. I know it was hard for her at times.
There was never a time when she wasn't pleasant to me and the buyer. She went above and beyond just being and "agent." I knew that she had my best interest at heart and would do everything in her power to do her job. She is an agent that has integrity, one that you can trust, on that will treat you as she would want to be treated. There were a lot of ends to be wrapped up before closing and she took the time to wrap them up in a great and successful package.
I am sure you are aware of the kind of Agent Emily is, but I just had to take the time to let you know how I feel. I wish I had more homes to sell because if I did Emily would be the one for me. In my opinion she is the Agent of Agents".
